SEEK Naturals – Return & Exchange Policy
At SEEK Naturals, we are committed to delivering premium Dead Sea skincare products of the highest quality. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we may offer exchanges under specific circumstances outlined below.
Exchange Eligibility
An exchange will only be considered if:
- The item was received damaged or defective
- The order was incomplete
- The incorrect item was received
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
To initiate a request, customers must provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
Return Conditions
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping tracking information must be provided
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or dispatched.
International Orders
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and customs processing
